DPW manual torque wrench

The intelligent digital torque wrench can improve tightening quality while reducing work costs. It effectively reduces the number of wrenches used within a certain range. The torque wrench can be set to a maximum of 10 tightening modes, and the tightening value automatically changes to accurately reach the target torque when tightening bolts. By detecting torque and angle, it can prevent the operator from re-tightening bolts that have already been correctly tightened. The DPW series tools have a bolt torque checking function, which can prevent mis-tightening judgments for axial force control. Bidirectional communication enables electronic setting changes, data collection, and automated management of tightening data.

  • Prevention of Secondary Tightening Function

    ● Prevention of Secondary Tightening Function

    The DPW series tools can prevent the operator from re-tightening bolts that have already been properly tightened by detecting torque and angle. If re-tightening occurs, the tool alerts the operator with a beep, and this tightening does not count towards the total tightening count. The DPW series tools can also prevent the occurrence of missed bolt tightening like the POKAYOKE function.

    ● Bolt Torque Inspection Function

    This function can check the torque status of tightened bolts. The DPW series tools apply additional tightening torque to the already tightened bolts, monitoring the torque and angle to check the torque status of the bolts, recording the results and alerting the operator with a beep.

     


     

    Wireless Data Communication Function

    Equipped with Zigbee wireless data communication function, the communication distance is 30 to 60 meters, and one frequency band can connect 25 tools. When the torque value reaches the set torque momentarily, the notification signal is sent wirelessly.

     


     

    Reduction in the Number of Wrenches Used, Lighter Wrench Weight

    The DPW series tools can tighten various specifications of bolts and nuts by changing the socket heads (quick-change joints and pin-lock joints), reducing the number of wrenches used. Its measurement accuracy is up to ±3%, and its weight is reduced by 1/3 to 1/2 compared to traditional torque wrenches.

     


     

    Can be Used for Torque Angle Measurement

    Continuously and in real-time receiving torque and angle data, the torque and angle curve graphs can be displayed on the PC side, making it very practical as a torque angle meter.

     


     

  • Tightening torque upper/lower limit

    After correctly setting the tightening torque range, perform the tightening operation. When the torque reaches the qualified value, the blue LED light will turn on indicating that the tightening is complete. If the set torque lower limit is not reached or the upper limit is exceeded, the tool will alert the user of the tightening anomaly through vibration, a buzzer sound, and the red LED light turning on.

  • Main Display Function (Angle Method)

    ● Angle Wrench Function

    The angle method can be used to tighten and has a function to prevent re-tightening, while also measuring the relationship between the tightening angle and torque. Measurement of the angle begins when a stalling torque is detected after tightening starts.

    ● Applications: Axial Force Control

    If tightened with the torque method before switching to the angle method, it can be completed with just one DPW tool, setting the target torque to the stalling torque, and then determining the set angle and rotation angle.
