SMVS Visual Positioning System

The SMVS visual positioning and tightening system is a visual recognition system that identifies the spatial coordinates (X, Y, Z) of the tightening tool and its posture (U, V, W) through a camera; tightening operations can only be performed when the tightening tool is in the correct position, range, and tightening sequence.

    Even if the X and Y horizontal coordinates of the tightened position are the same, the Z height coordinate position can be easily identified even if it is different.

     


     

    High Precision

    Recognition positioning accuracy ±10mm. (Under the condition that the distance between the measurement position and the camera position is 1m, and the measurement area is 1m²) (The working environment and conditions of the workstation will affect the recognition positioning accuracy)

     


     

    High Precision

    Supports up to 64 different recognition mode settings, each setting can configure up to 64 tightening positions, and the tightening conditions for each position can be set individually.

     


     

    Easy Installation

    Only one camera is needed to achieve visual positioning functionality. The camera calibration can be completed before leaving the factory, shortening the on-site installation time.

     


     

    Camera Expansion (Optional)

    If there are blind spots for one camera in certain areas, a second camera can be connected to identify its tightening position (up to 2 cameras can be connected simultaneously).

     


     

    Simple Setup

    The visual positioning controller is equipped with a true color touch screen, making it easy to set up visual positioning and select tightening programs.

     


     

    Rich Communication Interfaces

    The visual positioning controller supports various external interfaces. It supports various field buses such as CC-Link-V2, CC-Link IE, Ethernet/IP, Profinet, DeviceNet. It also supports digital I/O communication (PNP or NPN type, 8 points each for input/output).
